BritbanglaSports:had a Tremendous win over Ocean CC last Sunday in National Cricket League.
Ocean CC won the toss and decided to bat first. Having a small ground Ocean CC was targeting 350 in 40 overs. At one point they were 250 for 4 in 32 overs. Ashfaqur rahman ,Shah Riadh and Din Islam trios restricted them to 267/10. Ocean XI lost 6 wickets within 17 runs. Din Islam took 4 wickets for NEO CC.
Chasing the mighty total of 267, Ashraful Islam and MBA Bappy gave a good start. Ashfaqur Rahman contributed 19 runs with the bat. Thereafter MBA Bappy & Junaed Tanin put up 90 runs partnership followed by Aminul Shihan & Juwel Roy gathered 93 runs to keep up the required run rate. Three blistering half century from Bappy, Tanin and Shihan made things look easy for NEO CC.
